Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa & fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

We stayed for a week at the sea glass villa and was very happy with it. We had a great time with our 2 dogs. We plan to come back in the future for sure. The owners were very communicative and informative and even checked up on us a day or 2 after being there to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed with our small dog here for four nights. Really enjoyed the view of the beach and the provided beach lounge chairs and umbrella. The private dog potty area helped a lot as well. Condo was clean and well laid out, and many attractions were within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Jeff and Jill are absolutely wonderful, very responsive, helpful and friendly! It was our first time in PCB, my husband and I stayed with our two Dachshunds, and couldn't have picked a better place! We absolutely loved our unit and that we could bring our dogs with us. It had more than everything we needed as well as being close to Pier Park. Jeff and Jill always returned our messages in a very timely matter and were very accommodating. We also appreciated having a very comfortable king size bed and the beach chairs with umbrella included. After vacationing with our time share in the panhandle for over 25 years we weren't quite sure if we would enjoy it as much but we liked it more. We can't say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend renting from any of their units there. Thank you so much for having us!!

The location of this property can not be beat...the most beautiful beaches available in the US. The unit was clean and well-kept. It does not include a closet...to our surprise...but this is something to which we quickly adjusted. Also, the ability to have our dog with us is a huge plus to choosing this place. Amazing Beachfront PCB rental!!!!
Sea glass Villa was beautiful, relaxing, well appointed and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and allowed you to see over the dunes to the beach. Perfect location to awesome food/entertainment and direct beach access. The dog park on property was much appreciated and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were sparkling, but we did not use due to low temps outside while we visited. The unit had absolutely everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo most days and never found anything missing. Jeff and Jill are the most responsive hosts we have ever had and all questions were answered in a fast and courteous manner. Highly recommend!

Nice with a good location but small
The property itself was nicely updated and had cute beach themed decor. Was relatively clean besides some sandy floors. It is in a good location with walkability to many restaurants and activities. The bar across the street does a lot of loud karaoke, but it didn’t bother us much. Many people have dogs there. We happened to be next to people on both sides whose dogs barked quite a lot. We took our small dog and made sure he did not bark so as not to disturb anyone. Didn’t seem like others extended the same courtesy. The “dog park” is simply a small partially fenced in area where animals can use the bathroom. It is convenient to have on site, but not a “dog park” by any stretch. There is NO closet space only a small 3 drawer dresser. I’m not sure how you could accommodate more than 2 people because of the lack of storage space. There is also no place to sit and eat other than the couch since there are no chairs at the small island. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the ocean which you can’t beat. The hot tub was broken while we were there which was a huge disappointment. That was one of the draws of booking here since we stayed in November and the temperatures were only in the upper 60’s. All in all, this is a decent place to stay, but, I wouldn’t recommend having more than 2 people as there is just so little space and especially storage. Also, don’t plan on doing much cooking indoors since there is no place to sit and eat.

Comfortable and cozy
This is an older property which has been beautifully updated while maintaining its Old Florida charm. The owners have made excellent use of the space while providing everything you need (except a dishwasher) to enjoy your stay. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa. The kitchen, while small, is well equipped and has an incredible view of the ocean. Other than an issue with tile grout, which was immediately resolved, the place was spotless. Jeff and Jill are dedicated to making their guests happy and their stay enjoyable. If you don’t mind doing dishes and stairs (no elevator), this place is wonderful. I’m already planning my return trip.
