Close to beach, big rooms, comfy couches
So close to Bradford Square + the beach! Loved the front porch being on one of the private sidewalks. The couches were amazing for naps! We just had the best time in the best house!!

family vacation
Rosemary Beach is an adorable area, but we were unfortunately there during Atlantas spring break and EVERY teenager from Atlanta was there. It was PACKED w herds of teenagers running you over on bikes. We also could not get lunch or dinner anywhere without a hour plus wait. I would go back in an off season like September or May otherwise we will never go back to Rosemary Beach because its too small of an area to handle the crowds. The house was great....perfect for our family of 6!

Amazing Location!
We had a great time at this property! The house is very close to food and shopping. The furnishings are outdated, but the property was very clean. We enjoyed our time in Rosemary!

Great location
Loved the location and the home. No issues and just a very smooth and easy place to stay. The carriage home was occupied by two different couples during our stay but very clear communications and instructions so no issues with sharing that part of the home.

Not what we expected in Rosemary
Rosemary Beach was lovely but the accommodations/ furnishings at Big Thyme are not what we were expecting. Furnishings are old and some furniture even broken. Coffee table in living is clearly broken and one of the dining chairs is broken yet neither replaced. All the beds are old and squeaky…. Fans are noisy making it hard to sleep. The couches in living are old, (pull out is stained-i didn’t even open it all the way after seeing initial stains) Bathtub downstairs was clogged and not draining. Kitchen is poorly stocked with items. Not even a whisk to make scrambled eggs? I was provided 2 garbage bags for my week long stay? and 1 roll of paper towels? I had to buy garbage bags, paper towels and hand soap for the sink? Felt like i was going on a camping trip with how much ‘basic stuff’ I had to buy. Overall, our thoughts are the property is super outdated and not adequately stocked. We plan to come back to Rosemary; however, we will look for different options when we return. It was a great location but doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities at the house.

Great Time in Rosemary Beach
The location alone is enough to make this property worth it! It is impossible to find parking in Rosemary Beach but the location of this property makes everything accessible by a short walk. The home is 3 stories and every bedroom has its' own bathroom which is really nice. Great for a group to stay at. The kitchen utensils are rough though and since you book a week at a time it is inevitable that you will cook there.

Great house with just two drawbacks
There's much to like about the Big Thyme. It's in a great location--just north of 30-A near the main business area. It's roomy, has extra high ceilings, a wonderful front porch, and a nice balcony with a hammock. That said, the kitchen is quite small, which is problematic if you've got a large group and you want to cook. Also, if you have more than two cars the parking is challenging. There's a space for one car in the garage and one car in the front driveway. Since our cars were mid-size SUV's we managed to squeeze two of them into the driveway space, by the hardest. A parking pass for on-street parking comes with the house but there's really non available anywhere near the house. That said, we really appreciated the fact that the property manager was very responsive on the few occasions when we needed her assistance.

Great Location and House
We enjoyed our stay here and would rent this house again. The location was fantastic for our family and the house was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only slight drawbacks - the house seems to lack a true master suite, bathrooms are generally smaller than we have found with other houses in this area. The upstairs bedrooms are sparsely furnished (the beds don’t have headboards or anything, just very basic metal frames and not many pillows provided per bed). Overall a great house for our family and great vacation experience.

Great Location but average house
While the locaion is nice (close to the greens on 30A), the house desperately needs some attention. There is no master suite, as most Rosemary house have. All beds are queens or smaller & there is no master bathroom. I had the largest bathroom, which was like a typical hotel bathroom (couner sink, toilet, tub), but the shower curtain rod kept falling down, so I just showered without it & then mopped up the floor after I showered. Other bathrooms including TINY pedastal sinks that almost looked like old fashioned water fountains. Nowhere to put toiletries. The bed in my bedroom was a queen bed on a frame. No headboard, just sitting on a frame like some dorm room bed. The living area is quite small, so when we were all together (there were 7 of us) it was tight! There is a tiny front porch & an upstairs balcony, but both only had seating for about 3 people. The kitchen had the bare minimum of items for cooking. No decent knives, no wine glasses (stemless doesn't count), no cloth kitchen towels for cleanup or handling hot pots, no cloth napkins. There's a level of sophistication I've come to expect from renting at Rosemary and this place wasn't even close. We had a good time & made it work, but I would not go back there again.
