There is even a separate apartment/mother-in-law quarters on the ground floor for a little extra privacy! Whether you're looking for an active vacation or a restorative one, you're just minutes from the beach and short walk from Lake Powell.

This 5 bedroom 3 bath vacation home boasts a sprawling outdoor space with a large yard for pets, plenty of parking, an outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, and cozy outdoor furniture. Outfitted with coastal decor, modern appliances, airy linens and all you need to enjoy your time at the beach, this home will not disappoint. Want to keep the older kids at bay? Or have a separate suite for a portion of your party? Lakeview Dreams’ bottom floor can function as its own unit or part of the whole!

As mentioned above, this property can serve as two stand-alone units or function as a whole. However, it will be yours completely to decide how it is used as we will not rent another portion of it to an unrelated guest. You will have full access to the entire property both upstairs and down during your stay.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
House Rules:
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
We love dogs and are more than happy to welcome them - with approval! If you're bringing a dog, please be sure to let the host know the breed and size of your furry friend. We do have a pet fee and require a refundable pet deposit to be provided before your check-in. Also, we just ask that they are picked up after and all waste is disposed of properly during your stay. Any damages found may incur additional fees.
The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (4) cars may park in the driveway.
Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
No fireworks of any kind.
