Scenically situated on the 24th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort, this well-appointed condo offers gulf-front vistas that you'll never forget! Step out onto the balcony (which is accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom) to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico and the shimmering white sand below, and plan a day that's full of countless resort amenities, including free seasonal beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, a movie theater, and a game room.

You can easily walk to nearby eateries, stores, and the sprawling complex of Pier Park - which is home to 124 retailers, wonderful restaurants, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, an IMAX theater, and regular events and musical entertainment. You can start your day off with breakfast at Andy’s Flour Power Cafe & Bakery, grab a quick lunch from Liza’s Kitchen, and wrap up your day with a romantic dinner at Firefly.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
