BOOK IT!!

Our stay was amazing! When booking the trip we were unaware of the airshow that would be going on. Luckily this room had a great size balcony and plenty of seating! We enjoyed every aspect of this room! Plenty of space for our family of 7.

The bed was good, the location of tge unit great!

We did a 6 day golf vaca. We enjoyed our stay. Really fast elevators. The unit needs new living room furniture. The kitchen has been upgraded. The baseboards and walls need a cleaning and fresh coat of paint. But, we enjoyed our stay and made the best of it. PS: please take out the jacuzzi tubs, they're old and scary. Shower was ok.

Nice place and would stay again

Was the perfect place for us to stay on our wedding/honeymoon trip. There were several hairs left on sinks and showers and when we did our sweep through at check out, it was obvious no one had cleaned under the bed in the master suite for a while. Otherwise, very clean and well equipped condo!

Great Beachfront Stay!

This was a great condo for our short family beach getaway! It had all we needed, was close to shops, restaurants and fun activities like mini golf and go karts. The check in process was easy and the condo had everything we needed. The only constructive feedback would be a little around the check in process and cleanliness of the condo. The code to the condo did not work so we had to get that reset. I would suggest a validation process just prior to check in. At the end of the day, not a big deal but when you are ready to get in with all your luggage and gear, any delays can be impactful. Lastly, the condo was not super clean. There were several spots of green and black mildew in the master shower that wiped out which was pretty gross but the worse was what appeared to be dried urine on the floor near the wooden bench in the master bathroom. We also cleaned that off. We completely understand beach condos and hotels will show some signs of use and wear so not trying to be overly critical just make some recommendations for improvements around the cleanliness.

Easter Break

We stayed here for Easter break with the grandkids. It was ok. Floors were a little dirty and found some garbage under the pullout couch. There were two elevators out of service so getting to the 25th floor was a little slow. Location was good.

We could not enjoy the balcony because of ALL of the bird 💩.

Rental experience was great. The balcony was not accessible because of ALL of the bird💩. We had a 5 day stay and no one came to clean until day 4. The challenging thing is…they charge separately for cleaning. Whoever is there now has a much cleaner unit. We left it in better condition than we found it. The pictures and videos will make you lose your appetite. Our evenings were ruined. It felt like the bird 💩 was an invisible force field that kept you from where you want to be. The force field was so strong that when they came on day 4 it still felt like the bird 💩 was still there. The 💩stains on the coffee table where still there and a lot of the bird 💩 just fell into the creases of the chair. There was soooo much bird 💩 that after they cleaned there was bird💩 under the table legs and dripping down to the lower floors. The bird 💩 is still there

Beautiful beachfront location

Lovely condo but some rickety side tables. Not stocked well at all. Never did get any dish soap, spare trash bags, hand soap after requests on day one. Loved the balcony and furniture out there. Overall, happy with our stay.

Never again...

I waited a month to see if my thoughts on this property mellowed, but there's been no change. It's just too big for it's own good. We had a unit on the top floor (25) with a really great view. Here's the pro list for the property in general: On a nice section of beach. Once you figured out parking, it wasn't bad, considering the size of the place. Here's the con list for the property in general: It's too big for it's own good. Due to the size, elevator waits to/from higher floors can be lengthy. Due to location, traffic on the road is heavy, especially in the evening with all the people cruising. Here's the pro list for the unit we had (2531): Great view. Comfortable space. Everything worked. Ice maker in fridge kept up with our consumption. Beach toys in the hall closet, including a rolling ice chest, beach chairs. Here's the con list for the unit: Furnishings are dated. The mirror wall needs to go (makes the place look larger, but it's pretty dated also). Generally needs to be taken off the rental market for a week of TLC to include: - Refrigerator door missing most shelves, rending less storage space. - Shower heads need a nice vinegar bath to clean them up. - Toaster works fine, but you can't read what the buttons do, which one is for one side one? - General upkeep - replace cracked light switch cover plate, secure wire guide behind TV. - Fix door to utility room and laundry room so it says shut. So far as the property management (Vacasa) goes, we only had one encounter with them, and that was when the half rolls of toilet paper that were supplied were about gone, we couldn't find any more in the unit. Called the local number, got a recording to call an 800 number or send a text. Sent text, didn't get a timely response, so called the 800 number, recording there, left voice mail. Got a call about 30 minutes later, about the same as a text reply. Explained that we were low on TP for both bathrooms (5 of us staying there). About 2 hours later a gentleman showed up with with 2 rolls. We bought more when we went out for dinner. My never again title doesn't really pertain to the unit, but more the resort and Vacasa. It was just too large (thus busy and noisy) for my tastes. YMMV.

Horrible stay away roach infested.

The communication is zero there is no help for this property I emailed and spent 3 days trying to contact someone to deal with all the roaches the molded washer the nasty floors the dust hanging from the ceiling fans nasty nasty nasty. Slept one night then found a roach crawling on us at 3 am. Emailed and called. No one even remotely tried to fix the issue all they can say is we're not giving you a refund I didn't ask I wanted the room cleaned. They have a Blanton disregard for there customers and property. I will forever tell everyone how bad this place was.

Not a clean place

Room appears clean until you get inside and inspect, floors were filthy and the place had roaches. So much so that they left out roach spray for us. The beds were not uncomfortable they were worn out as was the furniture. Also needs to leave more toilet paper out than 1 roll or state the fact because we have stayed on the property for the past 6 years and this is the first time to run into that. GreT view but the place needs some works

Overall really good, had no problems everything was very clean and nice, but besides our code for the room didn’t work at first and had to call and change it and the elevator situation was very confusing. It was a very nice condo and would highly recommend it!

Great experience

Nice and clean. Fabulous view from master and balcony! All the kitchen supplies you could need. Great patio furniture. Comfortable beds. They even had extra chairs and a bucket/shovel for the teens who are too old for beach toys lol (but we’re thrilled that they were available) Needs: an oven mit for the oven, large non stick skillet Fix master shower door (didn’t close) Perfect vacation, we will definitely return!
