There are five resort-style pools: a seasonal pool with a hot tub, an island pool on the lake, a lagoon pool, a zero-edge family pool, and a play pool with beach views for the kids. When you are ready to head to the white sandy beach, it's just a short walk from the resort. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from when you want to dine out. Please do not forget to pick up your parking pass and wristbands from the security desk on the ground floor. Resort fee (includes bands & parking pass) as follows: 1 Bedroom: $86, two (2) Bedroom: $102, and three (3) Bedroom: $119.
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
