One mile walk down the street to the Gulf of Mexico. Home is fully furnished. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided. You can enjoy walking on the small private beach just by walking out the back door! You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the back deck or glassed sunroom. Quiet neighborhood close to several beaches.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All linens can be left on the beds
All towels can be left in the bottom of the showers
Trash can should be placed near the road beside the driveway on Sundays only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
