Bonjour, Merci de nous avoir fait part de vos remarques. Le lit superposé est en effet proche du plafond, mais assez loin pour pouvoir avoir assez d’espace pour celui qui dors dedans et aussi pour les personnes se situant dessous. Concernant les mitigeurs, en effet c’est une réflexion à avoir. Vos commentaires sont toujours une source d’amélioration pour nous. En espérant vous revoir prochainement Cordialement

Nous regrettons que vous ayez déçu par l'entretien de la chambre et nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses ; Nous allons contrôler l'ensemble des points et faire les réparations nécessaires. Notre objectif premier est de vous satisfaire et nous regrettons que nous ne soyons pas parvenus. Concernant la télévision les sous titres sont possible avec une option sur la télécommande.
