The traditional brick house was completely renovated in slate with ecological insulation in spring 2016. Detached house of 180 m2 in a fully enclosed 4000 m2 garden, partially surrounded by an ancient wall and hedges. Parking for 3 cars. The spacious house, with its luxurious, comfortable and refined interior, is hidden in the calm of the hamlet of Janville, where there is a 17th century castle and a pretty 13th-17th century chapel classified as a historic monument. You will appreciate the interior design, furnished and tastefully decorated.
Ground floor: living-dining room, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large piano stove with 3 gas burners, microwave, freezer), Nespresso coffee machine, lounge with wood-burning insert, TV, Internet subscription channels, DVD, wifi, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x200cm), one with en-suite bathroom-wc, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm), separate bathroom-wc with combined washing machine dryer. Cot and highchair available (Bienvenue Bébé label). Garage available for your bikes, windsurfers and to hang up the laundry. Garden furniture, barbecue. Cleaning charge possible. Linen rental. Central heating: 20 € / day of use. Wood stere: € 52. Pets welcomed so clean and respectful only on the ground floor. Tourist tax of € 3 per adult per night.
