When I was checking out they added on 70 reals of expenses I didn’t do and they thought I would pay for it. I caught on and stopped it. The manager tried to pull a fast one on me that it must have been 4 separate human errors that caused it, but I know they were lying and trying to steal my money this way. Then the bread at the breakfast has a problem. The one in the front is always old and they hide the fresh rolls in the back. The manager said he would address the bread problem. But I am so upset that they tried to rob me. Incredible.

Minha experiência no Ibis Palmas JK foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde o início, o atendimento deixou a desejar. Durante minha primeira estadia, esqueci meu kit de shampoo e imediatamente notifiquei o atendente. Ele afirmou que iria verificar a situação, e como eu estava saindo para um passeio e retornaria para o mesmo hotel mais tarde, confiei que a questão seria resolvida sem maiores problemas. Infelizmente, o que seguiu foi uma experiência frustrante e desgastante. Não recebi nenhum retorno sobre o item esquecido, e, ao tentar obter informações, fui mal atendida tanto pelo gerente quanto pelo atendente Ariel. A falta de interesse em resolver a situação, somada à má postura dos funcionários, fez com que a minha estadia fosse marcada por insatisfação e constrangimento. Definitivamente, esperava um atendimento muito melhor de uma rede de hotéis como o Ibis, que sempre preza pela qualidade e conforto dos seus hóspedes.
