Fantastic villa in Arenal, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes from the touristic point for excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. Outside the house there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area to enjoy the sun, as well as an outdoor dining area where you can relax and cook a good barbecue.
Inside we find a large and bright living room, with fireplace and comfortable couches, surrounded by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or just spend time in the company of a good book. Next to the dining room there is a large fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
The 6 bedrooms and 5 complete bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has heating throughout the accommodation. It does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to the guests
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
