This is a very unique property with charm and comfort to make your holiday a special one. It's classified Historical Property (BIC) as it's one of a few of it's kind standing in Palma from the 1800s. It is perfect for a family or for friends that are having a get-together, as it has bars and restaurants within walking distance, the city center bus across the road, and the main promenade a few steps away. All rooms have a terrace, also front and back patios and a large attic terrace to chill out or dine during summer evenings. It is not suitable for young groups or party people, as it is a house that needs to be cared for, with delicate furniture and neighbors that need their rest. Young groups in their 20's, please do not request this property.

Great villa to stay in El Terreno
The villa is an original Palma style home. It is a older property with lots of space .Has 3 terraces and the back patio. Has high ceilings true the property.It is a perfect place for the family .
