Not very good value for money
Hotel was good start at first so when I got to the room you could barely even walk in. I know I’m only a solo traveller but it is nice to be able to get changed in your room. I got woken up twice by cleaning staff at 8:30 then 9 am which is not a big deal but they just walk in and not understand people do sleep. Gym equipment is very old so if you’re looking for a gym stay somewhere else as you can tell there was 0 investment in it for at least 10 years. The lifts were beyond awful, very gritty on the outside and I pressed the buzzer 3 times and was standing on my floor for 15 minutes when trying to leave on my third night out. I wouldn’t mind but I was on floor 7 so it was very difficult. Overall not the best experience due to the cleaning staff and the gym which ruined it for me. The pool is nice and the surrounding area.

The stay was great and the property was beautiful. However, we had an incident where a member of our party was stabbed in the leg by a loose spring in the bed. We brought this up to the staff member on duty (Michael) who brushed it off, did nothing to help, and told us to simply go back to our room and flip the mattress over. This lack of professionalism and hospitality was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

Good Hotel
Decent budget hotel. Nice rooms,pool area is pleasant and staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink is good value. The beach is only a short walk and there are good restaurants and bars too. The area is primarily geared for German visitors, however you'll get by in English fine and there are a couple of beer halls if you fancy some 'Oktoberfest' style entertainment while you're there..

Bonjour, j’ai passé 10 jours dans l’hôtel. Nous sommes venu tout les deux avec mon copain, pour un voyage de couple. Cependant, cette hôtel est très bien pour les jeunes qui viennent faire la fête mais trop bruyant pour passer des vacances au calme car c’est un hôtel de jeune et pas beaucoup de calme le soir et beaucoup de musique ! La salle de sport ne correspond aux photos et matériel dégradé. Très bon buffet et beaucoup de choix ! Mais l’eau est payante et très cher. Allez y pour faire la fête ! Car proche de tout.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Nähe zum Bierkönig ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, perfekt für einen unterhaltsamen Abend. 🍻 Das Essen im Hotel war ebenfalls hervorragend. Jeden Morgen gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Auch das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten waren gemütlich und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, um uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Besonders schön war der Balkon mit Blick auf die Umgebung. Insgesamt ein großartiges Hotel, das ich jedem empfehlen kann, der eine gute Zeit in der Nähe des Bierkönigs verbringen möchte!

Als ich ankam musste ich die Toilette reinigen da es Urin Flecken gab. Im Mini-Bar befanden sich Haaren und das musste man auch selber reinigen da die Putz Frauen dich kaum verstehen. Das Personal sehr unanständig, keine Begrüssung beim durchlaufen egal welche Zeit es aktuell war. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag schrecklich gereinigt. Das Essen NO COMMENT !!!! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Perfekte Lage des Hotels um ohne Mietwagen auszukommen. Essen war ok, Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings nicht alles im einwandfreien Zustand. (Kilmaanlage hat nur aus einer Hälfte gepustet, Regalablage unter dem Fernseher war einseitig aus der Wand gerissen, Duschschlauch war nicht festmontiert). Aber die Techniker waren auf Zack und haben sich gleich gekümmert. Hat man natürlich im Urlaub keine Lust drauf, sich zu kümmern. Sollte zwischen den Zimmerwechseln gesehen und erledigt werden.
