This beautiful property is located in a quiet area of the city of Palma, offering its guests an unbeatable location to visit the city without the need to rent a car.

It has 3 bedrooms with capacity for up to 5 people, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a furnished terrace. It is only 3 kilometres away from the nearest beach and a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre, where you will find all the tourist attractions of Palma: the cathedral, the town hall, shopping streets, squares and other places of cultural interest.

Only 200 metres away from the property there are 2 bus stops with bus lines to the area of San Agustin, where you will find several sandy beaches, and to Plaza España, where you can catch any bus line, the TIB (transport from Palma to towns) and the train. In addition, in the area of the property you can park on the street without having to pay. This property is the best option to visit the beautiful city of Palma at any time of the year, we are looking forward to your arrival!

The first 30€ of consumption (approximately 100kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 30€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Can Duran - Recommend with additional info!
Cute space. Very clean. Hot water. Nice courtyard space! Good location - proximity to highways. About a 1 mile walk to old town. Very much a local neighborhood so a super way to experience Mallorca. We would stay here again and now know the key things to make it even better! The two pieces of information that would be helpful to know in advance are parking and location of 2nd bathroom... We would encourage sharing details on the parking in advance (in a garage about 1.5 blocks away; no place to easily park while figure out how to open lock box and get key; only way to know where parking is requires entering the home and looking for the information). We tried parking in the driveway - would only work if you rent a smart car; regular cars are too large (fit but then can't get out). The streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides ... so encourage getting a small car anyway. All in all, it was a chaotic start to our arrival. The 2nd shower / bathroom and the washer/dryer are through a door off of the courtyard ... so have to go outside and around a corner. Took us a while to find it because it is the 3rd door in a row ... where the other 2 are labeled "private". If you are someone who gets up in the middle of the night to use a bathroom, you'll need to be awake enough to maneuver to it! LOL

Single level house with heaps of character
The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. There are beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner’s father. The owners are a lovely couple who greeted us on our arrival. The location is a bit of a walk to the centre. 1/2 hour to the sea. Ok for us as we like to walk but should be aware.

Charming and well maintained home! We enjoyed the sunny patio at all times of the day surrounded by a beautiful lemon tree and lush plants cared for with love by the owner. The house is spacious - perfect for the three of us single women. It's beautifully decorated - spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, pots and pans and more. There is easy access to trains, buses and taxis. Nice quiet old residential neighbourhood - with local cafes, restaurants etc. Mateo welcomed us with tasty Spanish treats. Thanks to David too - he responded instantly to our questions. It was a perfect 2week holiday. Thank you

Friends reunion
Mateo was extremely helpful & told us everything we needed to know about the property & locality. Clean,comfortable, brilliantly equipped & close to Palma centre. Couldn’t ask for more. All four of us were more than happy with the property & would consider returning if we ever came back to Palma.

dejlig ferie ophold
vi nød palma og huset var fint. Billederne i annoncen er lidt ældre end det vi ser. Så vi var da noget overrasket over hvor lille køkkenet var og det er noget slidt. Men det hele fungerede og var fint udstyret med køkkenudstyr. Man kunne godt have ønsket sig lidt flere møbler udendørs. Stole på tagterrassen og et par solsenge, emn de møbler der var, var ganske udemærket at sidde i. Det ville været fint at nævne at nr 2 badeværelse, kun kan benyttes efter at krydse gårdhaven. Men det var tilgenkendt meget pænt renoveret. Ikke så meget hygge i den gamle bydel, som vi havde troede, så man skal gå ned imod gågaden og havnen før det skaber mere hyggeligt, men der stadig kun 15 min gå tur.

Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt im Haus von Familie Duran war einfach fantastisch. Er empfing uns sehr spät noch (unser Flug kam erst 23:30 Uhr in Palma an) und wies uns sehr nett ein. Dazu gab es typisch mallorquinische Spezialitäten. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Wir waren zu fünft, aber auch für 6 Personen eignet es sich gut. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles. Liebe Grüße aus Mecklenburg.

charmantes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage
Eine liebenswerte Lokation, perfekt eingerichtet mit persönlichem touch des Vermieters. Sowohl bei der Agentur als auch bei dem Vermieter fühlte man sich in guten Händen. Die neuen Fenster dämmten gut gegen die unvermeidlichen Geräusche einer belebten Großstadt - obwohl in einer eher ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Zwei Klimaanlagen waren allerdings auch nötig, um die fast schon unerträgliche Hitze effektiv zu bekämpfen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und freundlicher Empfang durch Mateo, den Vermieter.

Schöne Stadtvilla mit Familiengeschichte in guter Lage
Eine schöne Stadtvilla mit Familiengeschichte und mit Mateo, einem sehr netten Vermieter, der uns mit mallorquinischen Besonderheiten empfing. Unser Auto konnten wir in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage parken, was im eher engen Wohngebiet ein großer Vorteil war. Die Wohnung hat bequeme Betten (sehr wichtig im Urlaub!), es ist ruhig, alles ist sauber, ordentlich und funktioniert. Die Buchung über die Agentur verlief unkompliziert und so kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Liebe Grüße und danke für alles!

Perle im Herzen der Stadt!
Charmante Stadtvilla in perfekter Lage um Palma sowie die Insel zu erkunden. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen lässt sich die Stadt entspannt zu Fuß erkunden. Für den Einkauf sowie zum Essen gibt es sogar in unmittelbarer Umgebung vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Vielfältige Tipps hierfür gibt es sowohl im Haus als auch vom sehr hilfsbereiten Verwalter Mateo - herzlichen Dank! Das Haus ist super sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und alles was man sich wünscht. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sogar mit einer leckeren Grundversorgung an Essen und Getränken positiv überrascht. Der tolle Außenbereich bietet für die zentrale Stadtlage eine einzigartige Atmosphäre! Und falls es doch mal schlechtes Wetter geben sollte bietet das Haus auch Innen viel Platz und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (inkl. Netflix und einer komfortablen Couch). Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind sehr gefragt und es wird extrem eng geparkt. Ein wirkliches Plus ist daher der nahe gelegene und im Preis enthaltene Tiefgaragenplatz! Von hier ist man sehr schnell auf der Ringautobahn um Palma und kann so einfach Ziele auf der gesamten Insel erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter sowie der Check-In und Check-Out-Prozess verliefen fix und in jeder Hinsicht reibungsfrei! Eine wirkliche Perle und absolute Empfehlung!

Une maison spacieuse, tout confort et très charmante pour des vacances idéal en famille ou amis !
Un grand merci aux propriétaires de la maison pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil avec un repas à base de produits typiques ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles, à l'écoute et donne pleins de bonnes adresses pour sortir dans Palma. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec ses deux terrasses, son barbecue, ses deux douches, son grand espace de vie et sa cuisine toute équipée. Je vous conseille vivement ce logement. Nous avons passé un agréable voyage entre amis. Encore merci !

Eine wunderschöne Oase inmitten Mallorca
Die Villa von Fam. Duran ist perfekt gelegen, bietet viel Platz inkl. Dachterrasse und einen ruhigen Innenhof sowie vieles mehr: WM, Trockner, Einkaufswagen, etc. Vor allem hat uns die familiäre und gemütliche Atmösphäre gefallen. Das Haus erzählt durch die vielen Gemälde und die Möblierung eine Familiengeschichte und macht den Unterhalt dort einzigartig. Trotz unserer verspäteter Ankunft waren die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und überraschten uns sogar mit einem Abendessen! Der selbsgebackene Kuchen von J. hat die Herzen unserer Kinder sofort gewonnen! Vielen lieben Dank und, hoffentlich, bis bald!
