Lovely apartment in the heart of the city
Lovely suite in a fantastic building with a perfect location. Everything was comfortable and clean, with some lovely little touches -- like the bottle of wine and free oranges. Weirdly the reception area was more like a hostel than a high-end apartment complex, possibly because they're going for a friendly and personal touch, with photos of the guests and so on. Elva, the owner/manager, was absolutely lovely -- great communication and she couldn't be more helpful. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice roof terrace for chilling out.
Sun loungers and small pool - pity it was a little chilly when we were there.
Just a small pool, and pretty cold when we stayed.

Nice building in a very nice area, very nice communication. Adequately furnished and equipped, beds are too soft for my gusto, but... Good value for money!

Can Blau was a perfect stay while in Palma. I was only there for one night and sadly it was raining while in Palma, but Can Blau was the perfect, cozy place to rest and explore the beautiful streets of historic Palma. Elva made our check in easy and she was so kind. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Palma!

Had the BEST stay at Can Blau. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Although reception is not manned all the time, Elva responded within minutes for any queries. The pool area was wonderful - could not have done without our cool down after a day out and about

Great area to stay in Palma. The apartments are right on a nice square. We had a car which was a little difficult to navigate the small streets in Palma. The manager came and joined us in the car to help us drive to the parking garage which was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine!

Lovely place, nice touches.
We booked for New Year 2019 there was a mix up in the booking - double booked but the owner was v apologetic and swift to resolve. We ended up in the ground floor room which wasn’t quite what we’d expected or paid for, however it was clean and well equipped. The owner left wine and biscuits for us (lots of nice touches). The location isn’t great - red light district basically and lots of down and outs hanging about. At the same time there other nice buildings and restaurants close by so perhaps the area is on the up. Didn’t bother us unduly. At the end of the day it was a good price, nicely converted building with lovely owners.

Really lovely apartments. The comms with Evra before we went were fab and Ileana was very friendly and welcoming when we got to the apartment. The apartment was great - well equipped, with lovely little touches like a complimentary bottle of water and wine when we arrived as well as oranges and lemons grown locally, which you could take from the basket in the foyer. We were even left a little bag of biscuits on the second day. The apartment is located centrally with some good restaurants around the corner - try Raimundo Burger. Would highly recommend Can Blau Homes.

We visited can Blau apartment in February 2018, as we were so pleased with our stay, we booked again for September and were not disappointed. First class amenities with exceptional people taking care of the property. I would certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a "City Break" which has local transport services to explore this lovely Island.

We had a lovely, uniquely decorated air conditioned room with nice touches - wine and water in the fridge on arrival; beach towels and sun umbrella along with fresh oranges for juice. The dipping pool and sun longes upstairs was great. Elva was very helpful in sorting our parking space and our taxis for the airport which drew up outside the building, so no lugging of heavy cases. The wifi was strong throughout the building.

Fantastic apartment - Close to everything
Clean, modern, and spacious. There was also a small pool and nice lounge area on the roof. Everything was very comfortable and Elva went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. There is parking available upon request but we ended not needing it as a decent beach and the town center was a short walk away. There are also beach umbrellas that you can use for the beach. The only slight improvement would be in the kitchen area. Since a kitchen is available, it would be nice if there were some items to enable cooking that most people don't travel with like kitchen towels, salt, pepper, and oil.

Fantastic accommodation and a host that couldn't be more helpful. Excellent facilities in the apartment and the roof terrace was a real bonus. Great location which is really close to all the action but nice and quiet on a night. Would definitely stay here again.
