Fantastic villa with private pool located in Sant Jordi, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads of the island.

This beautiful property stands out for its private pool and its large terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Likewise, it features 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and a large terrace with private pool.

As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the property. It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away. The village, Sant Jordi, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other local shops.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

Groot huis met goede en leuke faciliteiten! Rustig dorpje wat verder van El Arenal af maar met een supermarktje, restaurant, avondwinkel en een bushalte die naar Palma/El Arenal gaat prima te doen!

Sauber, großzügig und sehr gepflegt
Die Abwicklung der Buchung, die Kommunkation (deutsch/englisch) war einwandfrei. Sonderwünsche wie ein Bügelbrett wurden ohne zögern zugesagt und umgesetzt. Die Immobilie verfügt über einen großes Untergeschoss das auch mal bei schlechterem Wetter dank des Billardtisches sowie auch der Tischtennisplatte und auch dem Dart für jung und alt genügend Auswahl bietet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und schön geählt, die Badezimmer sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. die Küche bietet alles für auch größere Kochaktivitäten. Unsere Woche dort war sehr erholsam und werden bei unsem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder diesen super Anbieter wählen. Vielen DANK!

Gelungener Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und der Urlaub war gelungen. Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, diese wurden allerdings schnell behoben. Die Landschaft bzw. Umgehung entlang der Immobilie ist nicht sehr schön.
