This is the second time my family and I have stayed here, and BOTH times we found cockroaches in our room and bathrooms. Walls are paper thin and the towels are always dirty. Beautiful on the outside, dirty inside

Review for WorldMark Indio: 3/5 Our stay at WorldMark Indio had some highs and lows. The property itself is very clean and has a lot to offer, including several grills, pools, and hot tubs—plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The big suites and scenic views were definitely a highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues. The lazy river was closed for our stay, followed by the arcade and business center later on, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, a structural issue in the room next to us led to us being offered a refund for part of our stay, which I was told would be processed within 7-10 days. However, this was later changed to 3-6 weeks, and I still haven’t received the refund, which has been frustrating. Overall, WorldMark Indio is a nice, clean, and safe property with spacious accommodations, but these service mishaps dampened the experience somewhat.

I initially went to this place for the 2 golf courses on property. Now not only was the course in bad shape but course staff was terrible and unorganized!! On the positive note, this resort was so awesome I had to extend my stay! Love the big comfy rooms, tons of hot tubs and places to swim, love the big kitchen and probably more than 100 bbq pits on site. Will definitely be back!.. might have to find a different golf course but they are easy to come by around there😁

I liked my stay here. The room was beautiful and had a nice kitchen. I had a view of a water feature. Only thing I didn’t like was the battery dying on my room’s door. Had to wait outside for half an hour for it to be fixed.
