Overall great stay. The lobby was overwhelming with a fragrance smell. The playroom was a little different looking then the pictures shown. We were also under the impression there was a sit down cafe on the property, one of the reasons we picked it.

Just stayed here Aug 2024 and it was awesome! Zero bad reviews about anything. Excellent customer service, check in, lovely pool, clean grounds, clean pool, clean condo! Was provided with extra bedding and a number to text for any needs/wants. Can’t beat the price! Little pool Mexican cafe with food and bevy’s. Poolside loungers. Kids activities plus activity calendar given upon arrival. Lots of local eateries 10 min drive. 10/10 5*

This property is convenient to all sections of Palm Springs area, incl7dingvairport. All rooms are the same including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Really enjoy this property.

Pictures all show nice views we actually had a parking lot view and you could walk onto our patio from the parking lot. We did not use the patio pool was nice but bit of a walk my husband wears a brace.

Our room was great, check in was fast and easy, clerks were very friendly and helpful, our room was very nice and looked clean until we checked the bathrooms and all hand cloths were dirty with stains on them, some towels were also dirty. I understand they have warnings about reused linen but come on those towels were dirty and it shows with stains. Other than that our room was great, quiet, comfortable, spacious and really nice. Maybe our next stay will be better. Thanks

This was a four day getaway for my husband and I. The suite aminities were excellent, with a full kitchen containing everything we would need. Grounds were emaculantly maintained. Very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. Staff was gracious and attentive.
