When I arrived I was looking forward to a nice hot shower to wash away the long days journey (I traveled all day and had a 3-hour layover in Vegas). I noticed that water was coming from the shower faucet when I went in, didn’t expect to have a difficult time turning it off. Well I couldn’t get it to turn off and called the front desk. They sent over the security guard to check it out. He took 15 min trying to turn it off, but a slow trickle of water was left on. In the morning/afternoon I couldn’t get any water to come out. They had no room to switch me to and when I asked for a discount on the room, they said they would have to check on that. I got nothing and paid over $170! RIP OFF! I will never stay there again. At the very least they could have deducted the charge for late checkout!! I still get furious thinking about this ordeal. No professionalism at this location

My mistake picking the cheapest hotel in town. The hotel was fine, i give it like a C . The girl that the front desk was super nice. BUT, staying here, you will have loud neighbors, you will smell pot, you will smell meth, and you will wonder if you're car will be safe outside. Fine for a night though

Beyond run down hotel. So outdated and nothing like the pictures. Fridge had to temperature gauge, so everything froze. No hot water on the second floor at all. No matter how long we let it run. Door frame all busted and black as if someone was trying to kick their way out. The outside stairs are carpeted? One night there was a crackhead shooting up right outside our door. The whole place just needs to be demolished. Do not stay here.
