Facing west, the backyard and pool are bathed in all-day sunshine and gorgeous evening sunsets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. You and your guests will enjoy dining al fresco on the outdoor dining table with seating for six and preparing meals on the gas BBQ grill. The chef's kitchen features top-end stainless appliances, granite counters, and two islands, yes two! There's also a bar area with a sink for whipping up cocktails each night. -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Beautiful property which appeared just as advertised. Almost everything I needed was available to me, except for the heater being set to a level where the house was difficult to heat. Because I that, I would not stay there again.
