Located in Los Compadres district of Palm Springs CA, this ranch-style vacation retreat offers a private backyard with spectacular mountain views, and a private pool and spa (heated for a fee), all on a lovely cul-de-sac close to everything Palm Springs has to offer! Designed to maximize the outstanding views and year-round sunshine, the large windows and sliding doors look out over the lush backyard and private pool deck from the living room, family room, kitchen, and main bedroom. You and your guests can relax on a lounge chair by the pool or enjoy cocktails under the covered terrace as the sun sets behind the gorgeous Palm Springs mountain backdrop. The family room is open to the kitchen and informal dining area with expansive ceilings and features a 65' TV, a large sofa, and comfortable seating. The kitchen in this Palm Springs vacation retreat is fully equipped with quality appliances, a gas range, and abundant granite countertop prep space. The large primary suite offers a large walk-in closet and views of the mountains. The primary also features a 32' TV, a large attached bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, and direct access to the backyard pool and spa. The guest bedrooms all feature queen beds and share a hall bath. There is another half bath located off the kitchen.
This Palm Springs vacation retreat is conveniently located approximately three miles from downtown Palm Springs. Located just north of Highway 111, it's also close to Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert attractions as well. Enjoy many popular area events including Modernism week, The White Party, Bob Hope Classic / Humana Challenge Golf Tournament, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, the Coachella Valley Music Festival, and Stagecoach!
THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

There is a $500 security deposit for long-term stays. Payment is to be collected before check-in.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
