The room was clean, modern. Toiletries in the shower were really nice! Breakfast bar was fully stocked and kept getting replenished. Pool area was clean and having pool towels was convenient. Would stay again. Great staff.

Hampton Inn, Cathedral City. Excellent stay.
The hotel was amazing. General, the general manager that runs it Bob Palomas was very friendly and wonderful to talk with every day. When I seen him he made sure everything in the hotel was good. The staff was all amazing as well in the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and well kept.

Nice Hampton Inn at a reasonable price in Palm Springs. The breakfast was pretty good too with hot scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy and waffles, in addition the usual other items. Very helpful staff.

Showed up to checkin and could not find anybody for over 10 minutes to checkin with the lobby was empty excepr dor a homeless lady getting coffee. Manger finally showed up with a stack of towels. She chased the homeless lady out and i asked her to cancel my reservation of which she said she would. I did not feel safe staying any longer. I think my credit card was charged anyway of which i will have to deal with next.
