The staff is excellent. Eva and the lady (never got her name) who was there in the daytime are awesome. My only issue was in check in and somehow the rooms for my three associates were cancelled with no reason and no communication that it had occurred. Considering how late in the day it was, it was extremely inconvenient. Other than that, this property was awesome. Both attendants were extremely helpful, especially Eva during the three room cancellation debacle. She guided me towards some great restaurants and is all in all a very kind soul. You have a gem working that front desk in the evenings. A good experience overall despite the cancellation issues my team had to deal with.

The staff more than made up for the shortcomings of the property. Breakfasts were of good quality, and coffee station was always stocked. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. On the downside, the area isn’t as walkable as we would have liked for dining and shopping. While we felt safe for the most part, we were troubled by the number of transients and the lack of security outside the hotel.
