Cleanliness is so so and the facility is old. But hot spring soaking is available 24/7, which is great, and it has a restaurant on site.

Justin was probably the most rude associate i have ever encountered. He wouldnt listen to any of my questions about my options during a scheduling dilemma I had and even accussed me of fraud. He told me he didnt believe anything I said because "this is desert hot springs" I hope you guys learn very quickly that you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Everybody else was great that I encountered and so helpful.

Been coming here for years. It’s a little run down but the staff, pools and the air conditioning in the rooms are great. The east and south side of the property needs some sprucing up though.
