Disappointing amenities

The jacuzzi was not working which is a good part of the reason why we booked this hotel. The room was cleaned/coffee replenished once in a 3 night stay

Bait and switch

I didn’t expect it to be fancy but the room was awful. No dresser. There was a desk with a microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very uncomfortable and the tub dripped. You could hear traffic all night and I couldn’t lock the deadbolt. We left early and took a loss on the room. Hot tub and pool were broken. The floor boards were r secure and my bed rattled every time the room rattled. It was so bad.

Front door lobby door are locked ?, had to call number posted on door several times for assistance. All hotels should have an open lobby area at all times . My drapes in bedroom were fraying bad as made out of Burlap. Bed was good and quiet .

1;The conditions of the room were awful; it was filthy and unkept, the bedding was dirty and already used and it had cigarette burn holes all over. 2; amenties listed on Expedia are false. It is not advertised correctly, the room doesn’t look anything close to the pictures in the booking app. The coffee pot, tea maker, and the bbq grill didn’t exist, the ice machines haven’t worked in the past 6months, the hot tub is completely “out of order”. 3; There was no cable box or streaming box like it states in the discription. These are all listed amenities that are supposed to be included in the rate and are not. 4; the bathroom door popped off of the bottom hinge and hit my shin. When I asked to speak with someone about it they gave me a number to call, there was no answer or voicemail. I tried to reach out through a message but they never even checked it.

It literally felt like home to me as it didnt feel like a sleazy hotel, housekeeping staff were very accomodating friendly. And super plus that this is Filipino owned being Filipino myself. Basic budget hotel - get what you pay for

Basic Budget hotel. No frills. Hot tub not working and pool full of leaves and dirty. Shower only, tub settings didnt work. Furniture was old and damage, whereas as floor looked like it has never seen a mop. Black marks everywhere a previous tenant had walked.
