This bright and upgraded condo is ideal for a getaway. The well stocked kitchen features a breakfast bar connecting to the living room. The dining table accommodates four people with ample space. Living room features triple fairway views, 65in. SmartTV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. Access the patio through the living room slider and enjoy the beautiful views!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a 42in. Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan and a large closet. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, ceiling fan and a closet. Guest bedroom bathroom is located in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. Living Room features a pullout sofa for additional overnight guests.

OUTDOORS
The patio is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The patio features a four-burner BBQ grill, dining table for four, and seating for two around the fire feature for the cooler nights.
