Coastal Beauty

This spacious 4 bedrooms coastal-designed home is located in the city of Palm Coast. The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 10 people, and there is a place for everyone! Very an ample living room with 65 Roku-TV with Netflix, Hulu, a round dining table, very comfortable kitchen. The nearest beautiful beach Jungle Hut park is just 5 miles away! The popular Flagler beach is 10 miles away. The Historical city of St. Augustine with the great Castillo San Marcos is 25 miles away.
All 3 adult bedrooms were supplied with new King-size mattresses! Can you believe it!? The Master bedroom also has a sofa. The Master bathroom has a spacious shower and a big tube. Your children will be thrilled to see their bedroom with their own Roku TV and 3 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well - provided they want to sleep on a twin. The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 11 people, and there is a place for everyone! The sofa-bed with a full mattress in the living room unfolds to act as a sleeper. Extra Sheets and blankets can be found in the closets.
Very comfortable kitchen with a nook table, equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
There is a huge beautiful screened lanai with an outdoor sitting area with a charcoal grill, plushy chairs, and another big outdoor dining table for 10 people.
Other amenities included: a washer and dryer, beach towels, bath towels, bedding, blankets, linens, hairdryer, ironing board, etc
Whether you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be satisfied with your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet so that guests can relax and recharge. The home is located 10 miles from Flagler Beach and 30 miles from Daytona Beach. Popular attractions like the Daytona International Speedway, historical St. Augustine, and Disney World in Orlando are close by. There's something for everyone staying on Palm Coast!
There are numerous parking spaces, including 2 driveways. You are more than welcome to occupy any available spot.
The City of Palm Coast is strict about parking in residential areas. No commercial trucks or trailers, RV, Boats are allowed. The parking is limited by 6 cars.
If you will park more than 2 cars on the driveway, please park them as a tandem. Don’t park on the lawn or on the street! It’s strict. It’s a violation to park vehicles in the street and it’s a violation to park in the right of way (swale) between the hours of 1 am-6 am.

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast. The home had everything that we needed. The entry to the house was easy and our host communicated well. On the plus side, the kitchen, entertainment area & master bath were very nice. On the negative side, the master bedroom was damp and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a plastic cover on the mattress and it just wasnt comfortable to sleep on, although the mattress itself was ok. Unfortunately, the other beds were a little too firm but we did give them a try.

Excellent vacation
Our extended family came down to Daytona for Biketoberfest. We didn’t want to stay in Daytona and found this home. It was exactly what we wanted. The owners have a great place for a quiet vacation in a nice neighborhood. The home is amazing. We will be coming back !!

Large, Clean & Comfortable!
This immaculately clean property afforded me and my extended family members a large and comfortable home to visit one another and enjoy this area close to the beach and to St. Augustine. The homeowners, Sergey & Tatyana, obviously take pride and good care of this property and showed us a lot of grace; it was obvious our comfort and enjoyment while staying at their house was important. Every bedroom is large with a king-size bed, comfortable linens and blankets, a desk, side tables and lots of closet space. The outdoor patio as well as the interior living spaces have more than enough very comfortable lounge seating and table settings. The kitchen is huge with plenty of counter space & room for multiple persons to maneuver at the same time. I highly recommend this property and when we return to this area, we would definitely like to rent this home again.

Perfect Family Place
The property is exactly as described and pictures are 100% accurate. The home is nice, everything looks brand new! The 4 bedrooms are large and the huge kitchen, amply supplied, has everything you could ever need - a few spices, towels, soap, plenty of dishes, pots & pans. Bathrooms have soap/shampoo, lots of towels and nice hair dryers. Everything is 1st class! The huge porch with table, chairs, and beautiful sitting place was great. Best family home we have ever had and we do this often. Unfortunately our grown children and grandkids got sick and did not get to come - but we will come again for sure! It's the perfect place for a large family.
