Wonderful Home and Location
Gorgeous home and perfect location. The pool was so refreshing and the location on the beach couldn’t have been better. There weren’t a ton of people and it was never crowded.

Lovely Beach House
The house was exactly as described! It is a newly built (2022) property, I hope they never get rid of their cleaning staff or property manager because they were both fantastic, even during a holiday (4th of July) and holiday weekend they were responsive. I saw earlier reviews complaining about construction, right now there is only one house being built on the street and we never experienced any inconvenience due to this. The beach is VERY private- which we loved, and the chairs/wagon provided by the property were very handy. Our 2 and 5 year old also really loved the house and didn’t want to leave. We hope to go back soon!

Perfect Family Vacation
Our family had a wonderful week staying in this BEAUTIFUL home. The Casa Blanca was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. It was a short walk to the stunning beach, that was never crowded. The wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and buckets provided ensured we had everything we needed for beach days. The pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The property management was very responsive and helpful from the moment we made the reservation until check out.

Beautiful Home and Comfy stay
The house is as nice as the photos show. The host was very fast to respond to any minor issues. Construction on the street was a little cumbersome, but we worked around it. Overall excellent value for a brand new home with a 5 min walk to beach. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, including bunks.

Nice home for a vacation
We enjoyed our week at Casa Blanca! The house is practically new, terrific layout, it was very clean, adequately stocked (kitchen could use a little more stocking of cookware though), the pool was nice, and the amenities overall made our week easy. There are rabbits that consistently come in the backyard in the morning and evening to enjoy their meals and provide some local nature to watch up close. Regarding the neighborhood, we know that the homeowner and the property management can't control the neighborhood construction any more than they can control the weather. You can go to other adjacent streets and see the finished portions so the project will be worth the efforts. We found the work crews were nothing but courteous to us, friendly to include morning hellos and daily waves, and if they saw we were going out whether by foot or vehicle, they stopped to make sure we could get through or spoke to us to accommodate our movements without causing us any issue to go enjoy our outings. The work noise followed typical daylight work hours, but it was never obnoxious and if you're on the go you won't notice it much anyways and the noise carrying inside the house was minimal. It was actually interesting to watch to see how they worked the equipment. The proximity of the house to the beach is terrific. We made good use of the provided chairs and cart. The neighborhood is great for walks. We would stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to vacation at your house!

Would stay here again
The house was great and the close proximity to the beach was fantastic. I rated 3 stars for a few reasons listed below. 1. Prior reviews on VRBO critiqued about the construction noise and nothing was done to help with that prior to our arrival (there were no white noise machines, floor fans, nor air purifiers to help drown out the construction noise). 2. After a long day of travel to get to the property, we would have liked a first round/pot of coffee for our first morning, especially since the construction started a little after 7:00am. 3. I am not certain, but I do not believe the swimming pool was heated per my request; the ocean water felt warmer than the pool water. 4. The room with the bunk beds stayed uncomfortably warm at night even with the air conditioning adjusted to cool the house. A floor fan in that room would have been nice since there is no ceiling fan in that room. 5. There were no facial tissues upon our arrival; I saw a prior VRBO review with the same critique. 6. The house did not have any privacy shade for the sliding door near the kitchen. 7. I almost forgot, the listing appeared to be through a person, but it ended up being a property management company. According to VRBO's policy at the time of our booking, some of VRBO's policies were overruled by the property management company policies. We did not have an issue; the listing was not accurate in this regard.

Ongoing construction zone
The house itself was fine. Although, it lacked a lot of extra touches. There were no tissues, hand soap, etc. The real problem was that property sits right in the middle of an active construction zone. The neighbors and crew all told us it had be going on for about a year now. We were not told prior to our visit, so this was very inconvenient to say the least. At some points during the stay we were unable to leave the property due to road work. When would could get through it was an obstacle course, and I was worried for my car a few times. The noise was awful, 7-5 (or later if they were trying to finish up) every weekday. Loud machines and constant beeping the whole time. It was hard to enjoy the pool when the workers were 10 feet from us, and I had to keep cleaning up the yard of trash from their lunches. Overall, our stay was by far the worst we’ve ever had through VRBO.

CONSTRUCTION
The entire neighborhood is under MAJOR CONSTRUCTION! There were bulldozers in every direction. Beeping and kicking up dirt. This will be an amazing property when that’s all over, but by the looks of the situation that won’t be for a long while (we spent the end of March 2023 there) . We contacted Alina, the property manager and she told us she’d be willing to give us $100 off for a good review. We DECLINED. She called us a week before our trip to inform us that the pool heater wasn’t working but never mentioned a thing about the construction! If we had known about it we would have chosen a different property. We felt it was dishonest that they did not make us aware. When we pulled into the neighborhood for the first time we couldn’t even get to our house because the road was blocked by a huge bulldozer.

Less than we hoped for
Vrbo review 37 Atlantic palm coast Several issues with the house at 37 Atlantic made our stay less then satisfactory. While Theresa and Alina, our contacts at Virtual Home Realty were very responsive and helpful, the negatives we experienced in the house far outweighed the positives. - The VRBO listing shows the house came with a heated pool, but the pool full of green, fetid water and floating trash during our stay. - There was no hot water in the house. After taking one cold shower, my husband was able to raise the temperature on the hot water heater. - There were no clothes hangers anywhere in the house. - The clothes dryer was inoperable. - The front door would not lock due to the the catch plate falling off. - There was no heat in the house. The indoor temperature was 63° two days running due to unseasonably cold weather. - We spent 3 full mornings waiting for workmen to come and fix the dryer, door lock, and heating. This forced us to cancel our plans for these 3 days. - The floors in the house were covered with pet hair, sand and dust when we arrived. (see photograph at bottom.) - The motion detector light on the front stairs was inoperable, making use of the stairs at night- especially in the rain- a risky proposition. - There was no recycling bin - There was no grill brush or grill tools - There was no house information log (garbage & recycling schedule, details on hidden light switches, check out, etc. chores, etc.)

So close…
The house was absolutely gorgeous and the proximity to the private beach was amazing. We were taking our first family vacation since Covid so it was important to my husband and myself that we find the right place - nice home near the ocean with a pool that the kids could enjoy. Even though they were doing construction on the roads and beach at the time (not the fault of the property owner) Palm Coast was a wonderful location to stay. We walked to the beach daily. It was perfect. The house was advertised with a pool to be finished in January. I checked a couple of times prior to trip to ensure pools progress and completion. I was assured all was set. As my family I were driving down to Florida from NY the day before, the property manager calls to tell us the pool is not complete and that we may cancel. Of course with such short notice to find an alternative location, we could not cancel so with disappointment and a very small reduction of cost, we continued our journey with disappointment. We stayed at Casa Blanca and had a nice stay. The pool was not done, construction debris surrounded the yard and pool area and they did not quite seem ready for our stay. Regardless of this, I do believe that when the property IS finished, it WILL be the fantastic place for a family to vacation. Just wish we got what they advertised.
