Fun Historic Hotel
The first night we stayed it was extremely windy, felt safe in the room. The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. The front desk went out of there way to make things perfect.

The rooms are old and smell terrible. The AC Unit/Fixtures were so loud it was very difficult for me to fall asleep. The bedding had stains. The floor was dirty.

Upon arrival to our room, we noticed it was pretty dirty. We’re not the type to complain but the floors were never swept or mopped because they were coated in beach sand from the front door all the way to the patio. I ended up wetting a towel and cleaning the floors myself that night because it was too dirty to even walk on. The overall cleanliness was poor because many fixtures were dusty and I was sneezing constantly. The room size was ok but it definitely needs to be renovated in a few areas. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it’s the simple things that go a long way for a great guest experience that honestly were not met here at The Ambassador

Very old building. The property was like it was a good place. This place doesnt look like an hotel. Very limited amenities. The only good thing was the view. If i knew better that the condition of this place was like that. I wouldn't stayed here.

The area around the property was very quiet. It was located on a very beautiful beach with some lounge chairs and cabanas available. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable

this hotel is in need of upgrade its very old from the moment we enter I was like no this is not what I see on the internet the elevator is old and dark I was very scared to ride it. went I get there the room was not clean I had to call and let the front desk know this is not what I see online they change the room to another which was not even good but a tad bit better. then they charge me for a roll away bed which I did not use and I gave it back the same day I did even used it. and they promise to return it and then don't return it. also no hair dyer or lock box or ironing board I had to call for a hair dyer. no do not disturb sign either. they just walk in anytime on us. these are all the things I encountered here. not would not stay here are recommend this hotel!

I loved the views, the beach and the room itself. I liked the history and uniqueness of the hotel. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet, both hours and selection. The restaurant and bar had very limited hours. While the general upkeep of the hotel was quite impressive, there were places that needed repair or updates. Especially reception and elevator.
