Decorated in a sleek modern style, this condo is set up to help you keep it simple during your trip to Palm Beach. With a multi-window city view, you can enjoy a flood of natural light throughout the day. The beach is just a few blocks away! There are many superb attractions within walking distance, including the Paramount Theatre Building and Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, which are under one mile away. Florida’s oldest golf course at The Breakers Palm Beach is just under one mile away.

The kitchenette, which includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, will help you assemble simple meals and store leftovers from your food adventures in the city. Gaze out onto the city from the separate dining area. The TV will help you enjoy your favorite shows even while on vacation.

You can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool and lounge area during your stay. A 24-hour front desk and two beach chairs are provided, and concierge service is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
The hotel is currently undergoing construction and because of it, the pool is closed from August 8, 2023 until November 30, 2023. Additionally, the hotel windows are being replaced and the hallways remodeled. This project is slated to last until February 2024, but it may persist longer. During construction periods, there will be audible noise and scaffolding around the hotel.

The location can’t be beat close to shops bars and restaurants and of course the beach.The room was clean but very small cramped bathroom with broken toilet seat.I was surprised there was only enough coffee for two cups.I will try a different room next time or another building period.

We enjoyed our stay in room 3014. It was clean, updated, and no noise was heard from outside. Safe area to walk at night. Beach in walking distance. Publix supermarket right across the street. Room includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave small eating area. All basic kitchen items were included, as well as Beach towels and chairs, basic toiletries and blow dryer. The hotel/condo main area is undergoing some construction but it didn’t affect us. Pool looked nice and was warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy and room has ac and a ceiling fan. Vacasa let us check in earlier than 4pm which was helpful. I read that hallways had a strange smell but we didn’t experience that on the 3rd floor or anywhere we went. Price was good esp compared to others in same area. For cheaper restaurants walk across the bridge to West Palm beach area. Would stay here again.

Location is Everything
Great spot if you are planning a quick few nights in PB and are spending most of your time visiting with friends or eating out. It's a quick walk to Royal Poinciana. The Publix is across the street. Wonderful French bakeshop downstairs with fabulous coffee and croissants. The beach and Lake Trail are very easy walks. There is no where to park your car - so plan to Uber or park at a friend's house.
