Wonderful stay. Only bad things was parking was charged and not on reservation page. It wads HIGH priced $24.99 to park handicap in front of building (self parking) for one night! That is super high and never have we paid more then $5 for this self service! Also not able to use internet from check in time till next morning and we lost rental business needs because we were not able to use internet to solve problems back home.

They were remodeling when we showed up. The 1st room we were given stank so bad of sulfur we had to switch rooms. The second room was better than the first but only by a little. Mold in the bathroom, tub drained very slowly, cooler was missing parts, and the room was very dated. We asked if maintenance could fix the tub but nothing was done. Ice machines only on every other floor. 2 of the 3 didn’t work. In my opinion, the hotel should be shut down until repairs are complete. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on it. I will say that breakfast was very good. I have never written a review this bad but this hotel deserves it. Also, paying over $100.00 to park my own car for 4 days is ridiculous. Almost forgot, hot tub had its own set of problems

Ver dangerous handicapped showerarea
Awful. They are cashless hotel, did not know. Coffee maker did not work. No way to charge iPhone in these rooms. Sat in the car at night to charge it. No wand for accessible handicap shower. We got moved to a new room but here there was a Very dangerous shower annd although shower curtain was closed, when shower was done, the water on the floor was out to the door. Caretaker had to wipe up entire floor with towels or handicapped person would have gotten seriously injured. People need to be made aware of this serious water accumulation on the floor before showering. Waiting for our money back as this trip was a lot more work than relaxation. Notified hotels.com. Hotel said we should have let them know if problem and they would have sent someone to mop it up. They don’t understand the floor had to be wiped before you stepped. Would not have made it to a phone to call without slipping and falling. Customers beware of slip and fall danger. Waiting for a total refund for this not as described handicapped room. Hotel room was totally outdated Thank you.

Embassy suites is always a great choice. They have a nice evening cocktail hour with light snacks, and their breakfast is very good. There's make to order omelets and the coffee is actually good!! Nice room with comfy bed and nice, hot shower. All in all an excellent place to stay!

The room wasn’t clean and I asked three time to clean it. The carpet wasn’t vacuum and the bathroom’s floor and tub never clean them. They only made the bed and change towels There were animals than bite me. I was there for three weeks.
