Open space located in the heart of the historic center in a pedestrian area, The apartment has 4 terraces, triple living room kitchen, 2 newly restored resin bathrooms 3 bedrooms. I will myself to welcome guests, I will explain the monumental sites not to be missed and the best restaurants to eat, guests can contact me when they want .. on request we rent boats, scooters, cars, bicycles and even the airport transfer service

The apartment is located about 100 meters from the magnificent theater in a pedestrian area famous for its shops, a few meters away is the folk market of the Cape the famous 4 songs and the most important churches.
you will reach with a short walk: Piazza Pretoria, the church of the Martorana, the Quattro Canti, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, the church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Castello della Zisa.

Our apartment is also located a stone's throw from the shopping center of the big names and from many clubs, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias.

Huge disappointment
The experience at this apartment was a disaster.. Walking through the courtyard to the entry door was like walking through a slum. We had to climb 52 stairs to get to the apartment . Carrying luggage and going in and out that many steps was exhausting! The apartment had 2 bathrooms but you could only use one for all functions as we were told no paper could go down one of the toilets'. As a result we only had one functioning bathroom. The website , showed terraces, but the view from the terraces and in the courtyard was of abandoned apartments, broken windows and doors, and discarded furniture. We have never experienced such squalor and such a misleading website for a highly priced accommodation...

Great location and terraces
the 4 of us enjoyed our stay here - the star of the show is definitely the terraces, for outdoor drinking and relaxation. Its definitely 'shabby chic' and tbh the terrace furniture and cushions could do with an update (and removing some of the broken chairs!) - also some essentials such as shampoo, washing liquid etc would have been good too. With a little investment and attention the place would be amazing, but still 'very good' and we would recommend it!

Great apartment in very central location
This is a great property and half way between Quattro canti and opera house. Lots of stairs if elderly. We managed and Fiorella carried one for us.

Perfect Place!
We loved Fio, she was very helpful and handled all our changes of dates with no problem! The location was perfect and enjoyed the main street with great restaurants and walking distance to the train station and major sites.

Wonderful Stay
A great apartment for family or group of friends located within a couple of minutes from everything. In the heart of the historic district near all the major sights, restaurants and shops. Parking a very easy distance from the apartment. Lovely terraces (4 !) comfortable and convenient and our hostess was helpful, charming and responsive. Thanks Fiorella! Had a great stay!

Très bon séjour à Palerme dans cet appartement grand et spacieux. De grandes terrasses bien agréables.Très bon emplacement dans le centre historique. Seul bémol sur les trois chambres deux sont vraiment dépendantes.

Besondere und große Wohnung in super Lage
Wir waren eine Woche mit Kindern und Freunden in dieser besonderen Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Palermo. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße ist direkt um die Ecke und die Straße selber ist tagsüber eine Fußgängerzone, die einen Teil des Capo-Marktes enthält. Das Theatro Massimo ist zwei Blocks entfernt, alles ist fußläufig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Terrassen sind ein absolutes Highlight! Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns richtig gute Tipps gegeben. Wir werden von jetzt an allen Freunden diese Wohnung als Aufenthalt in Palermo empfehlen.

Très bel appartement offrant un confort de qualité. Situation idéal pour Palerme.
Appartement très agréable, excellent confort propreté correcte . Les terrasses permettent de partager des instants conviviaux sous des températures idéales. Situé à proximité de tout , cela permet de visiter Palerme à pied. L'accueil d'Igniazio est remarquable; il s'occupe de tout et des moindres détails afin que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Je conseille vivement.
