Check in was fast and friendly. The property is surrounded by the beautiful jungle. The area is very humid so you feel the humidity smell in the room as we arrived but it went away when we turned on the ac. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel

I reserved two rooms with Expedia. For some reason a staff member did the check-in in one of the rooms before we got there. The lady in the front desk didn't know what happened and it took her a while to find out. She didn't provide much information to us and wasn't particularly kind. She never apologized for the delay with the check-in. We were tired and didn't appreciate the wait. Other than that we had a good stay in the hote.

The food at the restaurant is very good, reasonable prices, breakfast was also great, big variety from omelets to barbacoa. You could probably pay more by going out for food.

nice size resort, friendly staff, good restaurant and pool. The spa is cheap rates and clean. You must pay for every meal and drink at the time of use. They dont bill the room so must pay all the time and tips are in cash.

Great Location for Visiting Mayan Ruins
This property is in a lush, spacious setting, with well-maintained grounds. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and roomy, but the room decor needs to be improved with regional art. Breakfast was good; Dinner was average. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in terms of location and atmosphere for a visit to the Mayan ruins of Palenque.

Great Hotel near Ruins
Beautiful grounds, very nice room, great restaurant, and only about 7 minutes from the ruins. Plus it is pet-friendly. And, very affordable.

Do not stay here if you have medical devices.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hotel does not have any generator backup and power in the area is unreliable, this is important information for anyone who needs medical devices. The service, the look, the people were all great, but those two things are deal breakers. Not a safe place to stay if you don’t have batteries for your devices.
