The property is obviously a little older but well maintained. The service was great everywhere except the pool area, that was a little slow but not horrible. Rooms were comfortable enough for a few nights

Llegué pagué la reserva y al ir al área de alberca me negaron el paso , por llevar una nevera , habían pasado 15 minutos desde que llegué, pedí cancelar , pero no me regresaron mi dinero, dijeron que el 15 min aparecía mi reembolso, pero fue un engaño de parte del administrador del lugar, me robaron

Centralt i Palenque
Välplacerat och centralt hotell. Bästa läge nära busstationen och fina restauranger. Rymliga rum med sköna sängar och tyst och effektivt AC. Wi-Fi fungerar bäst i gemensamma utrymmen och på vån 1 och 2. Hotellet saknar hiss. Ett stort plus är det fina poolområdet med sittgrupper och dagbäddar som är inkluderat i priset.
Läskande drinkar vid poolen.

Nice garden, covenient location. Our first room had plumber problems with wc. The personal changed us to a second room that also has problems and finally, after two changes we were able to have a proper wc. Be careful with water falling fro air conditioning, our passports were wet as our lugagge was in the floor.

La mejor atención, personal del hotel de primera
El hotel es viejo y sin elevador, pero la atención del personal fue muy muy bueno. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y fueron siempre muy amables. Tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente de la regadera, lo que provoca que se desperdicie el agua
