Located in the top of the Sant Sebastià peack in Llanfranc, one of the moste exclusive area in Costa Brava,Villa Guardian is a luxury property with a fantastic sea view, ideal for prived holidays with the family and friends.

The spaces outside are really large and immersed in a beautiful nature, there is a grass garden, a beautiful panoramic pool very big 25 meters long and 2.5 mt deep, the terrace with sunbeds and several chill areas whit sofas and armachiars, perfect to spend time togheter or enjoy and apertitif on the sunset. There is also a large court, ideal for sports as football, tennis or basketball activities, and a ping pong table.
For the dinners outside all togheter, a covered area, it hosts the table and chairs, a summer kitchen with two barbecues, dishwasher, fridge and the microvave.
Complete the external area a space with benches ideal for jogging and playing during the outside moments immersed in the nature.

Just few step we enter inside the house, it is developed on three floors: on ground floor the spacious and very bright living room, with big glass windows, three different spaces with sofas and a dining area with table and chairs, from where it’s possible to admire the panoramic view on the garden and the sea. There is also a second living room, with direct access to outside, the TV, sofas for relaxing and a large modern kitchen, equipped with all the necessary to prepare delicious meals.
The guests will appreciate the “Monkey House” where will find a disco floor, a mini bar for fantastic drinks and the billiard table.
At this level we find also a guest bathroom, a loundry room with whasing machine and dryer, and one bedroom with two bunk beds and private bathoom.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 8 well furnished bedrooms all with a direct access to the external terrace, and a incredible sea view., divided as follow:
Room 1 has a double bed 180cm, TV, dressing room, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower
Room 2 has a double bed 160 cm, TV, en suite bathroom with shower.
Room 3 and 4 are equal, with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub
Room 5 and 6 are equal has a double bed 180cm, TV, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower
Room 7 has a double bed, private bathroom with shower
Room 8 has two single beds, en suite bathroom with shower.


Villa Guardian can guarantee an exclusive stay to its guests, thanks also to the fans in all the rooms, wi fi connection, heating, daily cleaning (7 hours per day except Sunday), and the garage with 6-8 car spaces.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard
