Bedclothes, towels, cooking utensils and devices are new. The apartment has 76 square meters, + 120 sq. meters of garden with jacuzzi and fire place. The house also has a terrace of 35 sq.meters. From this terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The nearest beach is 150m away, and the house is located at 35 meters above sea level.
The location is very peaceful and ideal for a pleasant vacation.
