Although the front desk person at check-in was delightful and helpful and check-in was very smooth. The condition of the hotel was not the best as far as outdated worn out carpeting. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it could be. It wasn’t very user-friendly in the room. It just needs a lot of updating the furniture was old there weren’t any USB ports to plug in phones. The beds were fine and comfortable, but other than that for a Holiday Inn express that I’m used to this wasn’t the normal.

Lovely staff and great pool for the kids. I was disappointed that our “suite” was what felt like a normal room except the second bed was a pull-out couch. This was not what I was expecting and must have misunderstood the description. The pullout mattress was stained, uncomfortable and noisy - the kids slept on it and it swished and creaked all night. We will be staying elsewhere next time where a suite is a sleeper sofa and also a separate bedroom.

Overall good accommodations. Worked well for an overnight stop. Pool was nice. Cookies in the evening were nice. The AC was making a lot of noise. Previous stay that was not a problem. Breakfast was very undercooked. Biscuits were raw so we just went down the road and got breakfast.
