Hot tub broke/pool gross
Hotel room was great but their hot tub was shut down & their pool was absolutely disgusting. I booked this room for my daughters bday and her friends were bummed they couldn’t swim or get in the hot tub

The room was great except for the door to the adjoining room had a 2 inch gap on the bottom and you could hear the TV in the adjoining room.

Dog poop at front door in the bush , a lady slipped and fell on a rainy floor at the front door , lady standing at desk never said a word we helped her up , she needless to say left without getting a room . That set the mood for what I thought about this hotel . One stay and we won’t be back , would have left then had we not pd and it was none refundable. Also they charge you 3.99 on top of the high rates for what the rooms are for ELECTRICITY! Come on now !

We started to enjoy the room till someone walked in on us twice . We tried calling front desk but no answer , I went down to front desk no one in sight . I looked out the side door to find employee smoking a smelly cigarette ( Mary Jane ) ugh .

Bedbugs ! Had 2 rooms and they were adjoined and we all exited at 3am due to woke up with bedbugs . My wife has them on her face and arms

Upon check in, i was provided a key to someone's occupied room. A man was in bed when i entered. At 730am, someone walked into my room. Zero safety measures at this place.
