Cuando llegamos al hotel nos comentaron que no tenían la reservación a nuestro nombre, y peor aún no tenían ningún espacio para que pudiéramos quedarnos. Fue una muy mala experiencia, también traté de comunicarme con teléfono con ustedes y el menú para revisión de la reservación es muy complicado porque hay que digitar los números de la reservación para poder entrar al mismo. Su servicio había sido excelente hasta esta vez. Realmente mala experiencia.
