The townhouse is located in a quiet seafront zone, perfect to unwind without interruptions. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the Marina of Marzamemi and the Santo Mar Beach. Furthermore, the historic centre of the villa of Marzamemi is just a 5-minute drive from here. During summer, a dazzling Film Festival also takes place in the village, wherein movies are directly projected on the charmful building of Marzamemi! Also, 5-10 minutes away are other beautiful beaches such as Lido Morghella and Spiaggia di Due Mari.

For shopping, exploring the oldest sanctuaries of the region as well as admiring the Sicilian Baroque and Campagnolo styles, the authentic Sicilian city of Ragusa, Modica, and Scili is about 45 minutes away. However, closer to home is the expansive Vendicari Nature Reserve, which can be explored within just a 25-minute drive. If you need a day out, Syracuse, a rich historical city of Sicily is less than an hour’s drive from here.
