Hi Good day I am very sad to hear that you had such a terrible experience at Die Windmeul. We trust our staff to take good care of our guests as my husband and i work on a farm and cannot be there ourselves. Reception is bad on the farm so i cannot check my emails regularly and only got your messages now. I apologize on behalf of our staff.
