Great Hotel and Location
It was a great location and nice Hotel. Had a small Onsen and rooms were large and clean. We did have a few Ants in our room and two spiders. They gave us some spray and we were able to rid them.

We stayed for 3 nights while doing sightseeing around Mount Fuji, and the location was great and close to a lot of tourist attractions. I was visiting, and can’t speak any Japanese but it wasn’t a problem with check in or the stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed the amenities like the hot soaker tub after a long day. I would stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family if they were ever visiting.

子供2人の家族で利用。 アウトレットから近く、近くにコンビニもあり、便利です。 洋館の落ち着いた施設。お気に入りは暖炉があり、お風呂上がりにゆっくりな時間をすごせました。雪の翌朝の散歩も気持ちが良かったです。 スタッフの方も過剰すぎない感じが良かったです。 雪の季節のせいか、空調の効きが弱いかな。

厳しいです。
受付おじさんひとり 前の人がいるとかなり待ちます。 チェックイン時 どこのサイトで申し込みしたのか？ いくらか？どの部屋か？聞かれた 情報いっていないのか？みてないのか？ 初めての経験でした。 部屋、館内 清掃は行き届いており、まぁまぁ綺麗 携帯のAUの電波が、かろうじて1本と圏外の感じ、WiFiはなく無線LANはあるみたいだが 全てつながらない。 夜は寒く、暖房必要、エアコン暖房つけると暑い止めると寒いで眠れなかった。 お風呂 大浴場 開けてびっくり洗い場がお風呂からのお湯が溢れて10センチくらいお湯びたし 身体洗った泡、シャンプーの泡がお湯に浮いて汚い。 お風呂も40度くらいとぬるく、寒かった。 夜ご飯 館内レストランコロナでやっていない為 外に車で食べて帰ると駐車場満車 奥の駐車場は街灯もなく見えないし 止めるスペースもなさそうだったので 道路に路駐した。 これで土曜日1.4万ならリピートはしないと思います。
