Stayed for 9 days. Would revisit.
Rooms were clean, bathroom, kitchen, etc. No issues with anything. Used the gym and it was clean. Fire alarm went off while i was there and there was no alert or announcement about its cause or if the coast was clear... breakfast was good.

I’d like to rate this higher but I just can’t get over the lack of water pressure in the shower especially. I have travelled all over for 50 years, stayed in hundreds or thousands of motels and hotels and I will say this is in the top 2 of worst water pressure. I could not get clean in the shower. Soap won’t rinse off because barely any water was coming out. It really concerns me how clean the shower really was. If it was good water pressure this property would rate a 4 star. Only full service hotels get 5 stars.

This hotel was a wonderful stay!! Felt like home. My 3 children loved it! Everything went smoothly & we were very comfortable! My only complaint is that our suite has a kitchen & I made my husband call for salt & pepper packets, because our suite only had 1 salt packet..& i was cooking dinner, i definitely needed a little more salt. My husband called guest services & asked for more salt & pepper packets, and guest services stated they didn't have salt & pepper packets. Didn't make any sense if my room had some. I knew it wasn't left there from the last person...because the salt and pepper packets were with the tea/coffee packets, in its own slot. So, my husband had to drive to the store to get us salt & pepper. The next morning, we ate breakfast & they had salt & pepper packets..so, I'm not sure why they couldn't offer us any the night before. This is my only complaint. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay.

We always stay in this hotel maybe they have to do more on noice cancelation at 10am you can hear the gardener blowing the leaves and thebtruck picking up the trashed i mean its like your in your neighborhood

We arrived at 4:00pm and we were given the wrong room. It didnt help that we had to walk across the property to use the elevator, the other elevator was out of service. Then we were told our room was not readyand had to wait another 45 minutes.
