Dirty, smoke residue aroma in a non-smoking room, unsanitary/ized, dirty rag still in shower. Faulty lock that required jimmy rigging by maintenance for access. Dead bolt ripped & hanging. Enough stated!

The room was absolutely terrible. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, there was mucus in the nightstand. As soon as I walked in, I walked right out. I gave my keys to the person at the front desk and went and stayed somewhere else. All I can do is hope to get a refund from Expedia. I recommend not staying here

The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. I wish the room matched their service. Rooms were listed as non-smoking but our room had been smoked in which was problematic for me being pregnant and my husband with very sensitive allergies. The cleanliness of the room left many concerns due to odd colored splatters on the walls, doors and counters. We actually stayed with friends due to the status of the room.

My room wreaked of cigarettes, the shower didn’t work (tub only)…the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I had loud people outside my window until 4am smoking and drinking

By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The lobby was clean and check in quick, but the room was filthy. The bathroom shower and toilet contained many areas with mold. The floors turned your socks black with dirt by one pass of walking back and forth. Stains on the walls? The rooms were not outdated, just extremely dirty.

The reviews had we scared to death. The motel was very clean, all the amenities and all of the appliances worked properly. The check in/out was super easy and the morning coffee was great!
