We are super excited to be the new owners of this successful VRBO for the past ten years! Welcome to our charming townhouse, ideally located just 1 mile from Ole Miss and the Historic Square in Oxford, MS. With 1450 square feet of living space, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The townhouse features 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has a King pillow-top bed and the other rooms with a queen bed with two full baths a half bath downstairs. Hardwood floors in the dining and living room with a 65" T.V. above the gas fireplace. Washer and Dryer are in a separate laundry room. An inviting front covered porch and spacious rear fenced patio offers a peaceful setting to relax and unwind. You will have all the comforts of home including Starbucks Coffee, condiments, snacks and luxury bath toiletries in bathrooms. High-quality bath towels and bed linens are provided, all linens are 680 thread count 100% cotton white sateen. We offer Down pillows, and Hypoallergenic pillows. All pillows are protected in hypoallergenic cotton pillow protectors. Our housekeeping staff uses a very specific and high-quality cleaning protocol, all laundered items follow Hotel standard for temperature and washing.
