What a lovely hotel! The check in via an app was easy and convenient. The common areas and the room were clean, polished, and new. The room and bathroom were spacious. We appreciated all the little details, such as water bottles and slippers. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had an after hours issue with the room safe, the staff arrived promptly and resolved the issue.

The location is very good, the staff is very friendly, the room is modern, and the bathroom also great. During my stay there was an issue is an strange odor that we didn't find out where it was coming from at room 104. Other than that everything was perfect.

Super Clean and Comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay, but there were a couple of very minor issues. First, there were three of us in the room, but only two coffee mugs, two bottles of water etc. The other was that there was no hand soap in the lavatory. We had to walk into the shower if we wanted soap to wash our hands. Otherwise, a great stay! Exceptionally clean, with friendly staff and bright, airy rooms.

No frills, roomy room but stairways were tight

Excellent new hotel
Local to where I work , brand new building , fabulous condition, large rooms , tv , on suite bathroom , table to work on - towels and slippers supplied . Fabulous to have air conditioning in this hot weather - no noise from room next to me or road . Would definitely stay again. If I was going to give any constructive criticism it would be that the blinds don't stop all the light coming through, and there is no suitcase stand - as I say this is just minor - impressed with the electronic key -

We stayed here before we checked in for their summer abroad program at Oxford. The staff was super helpful and flexible with us, especially with all of our luggage. This property is newly renovated and everything is clean. It is also in a great location that is mostly residential, but very close to stores, restaurants, and pubs.

Property seems to be very new. Very clean safe and secure building. Nice rooms and furniture. Ample bathroom. Wish it wasnt sold out otherwise I would of stayed for the week.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff, good location, just 15 minutes walk from the centre city. Air conditioning was making some noise, even it was turned off completely.
