Rivergrass Condos is a year-round adventureland; winter activities include downhill skiing and snowboarding, and in the summer the condo features a seasonal outdoor pool and segway rentals/tours. Each condo provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences like 2 bathrooms and a dining area.

I first stayed at Rivergrass condos the better part of ten years ago and little has changed…and THAT’S the problem. Furniture, appliances, carpet, etc have all become a little tired and worn over the years. A coffee maker , which I’m sure was all the. rage in its day, is a bit of a barely functioning relic now. The modem didn’t work, the cable box and its remote were missing, the. dishwasher had issues….On the positive side, the management team was extremely prompt and responsive in resolving problems. And the view and the proximity to Blue Mountain Village cannot be beat.

Good location. Location should be updated. Power wash the deck balcony and front door access points. Deep clean the carpet, sofas and decorative pillows. They smell. Get a new bbq cover and update your bathroom toilet seats.

I really liked the area, me and my friends had a great time. It was a very easy stay. It just got complicated with parking when there are so many people staying there sometimes parking would be lost if we go out and come back and there are no spots.
