Location was good. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and tidy. Listing indicates that a restaurant lounge is on site. not true, that closed during Covid we were informed at check in. Included breakfast was adequate and well presented.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Not a large variety and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Overall it was very nice!!

I booked this Hotel as it advertised a heated pool - my 80 year old mother and were in Owen Sound for a Celebration of Life - my mom was really looking forward to the pool. The sign outside of the pool said it was 80 degrees however when my 80 year old mother went in the pool it was ice cold. We notified the staff and he said he was not aware - the hot tub at this point was closed. The next day the Staff agreed that it had not been working. Had I known this I never would have booked this Hotel.....we would have been booked nearer the Celebration.....the only reason I chose this Hotel was for the heated pool and hot tub. The windows were only cleaned to arms length leaving the top 2 feet dirty. I do not normally complain but I am furious...this was a nice weekend away with my mother to a place we had never been before..... Very disappointed.
