Tv didn’t work in the room but Jenny at the front desk came up and tried to fix it. When it wouldn’t work, she got us a new room and helped us move.

We always stayed in this hotel when visiting. However this time it was apparent it has down hill. Not sure if the sheets were changed or if they were stained. Pillows are old and flat. The extra chairs in room were so gross they just really needed to be thrown and replaced. The sink sprayed water when turned on, not great when your dressed in formal attire and get wet. The king size bed was a king mattress on a double headboard frame, and to top it off the smoke dector was beeping at 2am one night, for a battery from front we replaced it and it started again the next night in middle of night. I won’t stay here again.

They are working hard on a remodel so while some areas were under construction, the newly finished areas looked great! Our bed was definitely older but we slept well enough. The pool and spa area are older but in good shape so they were fun to hang out in. There’s a nice patio area with new furniture outside the pool.

Nice lobby but the room was dirty with thin walls
The lobby was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, the room was disappointing. The furnishings were fine, except for the sitting chair, which was badly stained. The grout between the tiles in the walk-in shower was badly discolored and had quite a bit of mold near the shower floor. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt cheap and was very firm. The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear the car traffic and every conversation in the hallway.

We checked in a little early and as we were being checked in the 2 desk employees were talking to each other about how they need to “nail down the early check in fee because they are losing a lot of money”. Pretty passive aggressively rude. Otherwise, it was an ok stay. Basic hotel, could use some updates but overall clean and quiet. The hot tub and sauna were very much appreciated. Decent breakfast.

I arrived after a big storm and the area had lost power, and the hotel was undergoing renovations… during it all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was fine, the pool and outdoor area was great… and I’m sure when the renovations are complete the breakfast room will be great

OK, not great.
Booked one queen with Hotels.com but received two queens, losing extra comfortable chair, etc. TV reception was bad. TV was unresponsive to remote. The lady came and after pressing random buttons on console correct performance continued. Thank you, lady. While still in be about 8:30 a.m. cleaning people attempted to enter the room Fortunately the safety lock was on. The breakfast was good. A rotation through the week of menus.
