One Accord Getaway - 2018

Perfect for families and any travelers (business or leisure) visiting the Oviedo, Fl area. Located about 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando, this is the perfect location to relax after a fun day out.

Our property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with ample spaces to accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a full sized pull out couch. You are also welcomed to relax on our outdoor patio.

Linens for each bed are provided, as well as towels & toiletries for the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal.

Guests are welcomed to use anything in the apartment during their stay. You will also have access to the community's pool and gym area.

Guests are provided with all the information needed to independently access the property and all it's features and amenities. However, we are always available via Airbnb Chat if any questions arise during your stay.

Please note that the apartment is located in a residential community. It is very important that you are respectful of other residents, as they are expected to be respectful of you.

Very clean; great location
My brother and I needed a place to stay while we settled our father’s estate in Oviedo and this apartment was perfect. It was a sad and emotional time for us, but we had a clean and comfortable place to come to where we could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and there are many places to eat in the area.

Oviedo work/vacation stay
The location of our stay was great for my husband to work nearby and for my daughter and me to drive to Universal studios for the day and New Smyrna beach. There are lots of food items around and it was quiet at night. Not used to the bright parking lot lights but beds were comfy. We had an issue at check in that was resolved quickly and Hans was accommodating. We would stay here again. The cleaning crew was great too!

Very Convenient Location across from Oveido on the Park.
Good spot for a weekend visit with family. They have an elevator (unit was on second floor) but only one easy flight of stairs. It is in The Ellington Apartment complex. We would stay again.
