One Accord Escape - 124

Perfect for families and any travelers (business or leisure) visiting the Oviedo, Fl area. Located about 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando this is the perfect location to relax after a fun day out.

Our property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with ample spaces to accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a full sized pull out couch. You are also welcomed to relax on our outdoor patio.

Linens for each bed are provided, as well as towels & toiletries for the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal.

Guests are welcomed to use anything in the apartment during their stay. You will also have access to the community's pool and gym area.

Guests are provided with all the information needed to independently access the property and all it's features and amenities. However, we are always available via Airbnb Chat if any questions arise during your stay.

The city of Oviedo is a beautiful community located just north of Orlando.

Please note that the apartment is located in a residential community. It is very important that you are respectful of other residents, as they are expected to be respectful of you.

convenient and easy stay
The lodgings were everything we needed. Everything was nice, new and clean. The kitchen has everything for basic cooking, and there is a washer/dryer with detergent for laundry. Very family friendly to include a pack n play and high chair as well. The apt has high ceilings, a tv in every space, a bath and shower option in the bathrooms, big walk-in closets to store luggage, and the bedrooms have nice and comfortable bedding and pillows. We also liked the convenient location next to a coffee shop with breakfast available. There was some outside noise as the building echoes when people come up and down the stairs, but it was minimal. Overall we would recommend as a place to stay in Oviedo.

Great central space in Oveido
I loved how clean it was, and convenient. The upstairs neighbors could be a bit loud walking sometimes, but it's a ground floor. I did like how we could just get to our car so quickly, and it was easy to find a spot. I also liked the high ceilings and two full bathrooms. I would stay here again.
